No one likes to talk about their site search until they fear their losses have become too great to ignore it any longer.  Today my guest, Dr. Shaun Ryan of SLI Systems, discusses some of the things a good site search system should have in it to optimize visitor engagement on any kind of web site.  The bottom line for site owners who pay attention to giving a good search experience to their users?  More profit.  Period.

Shaun gives listeners insight into what makes a good search experience on your site and how to optimize your site for your own search engine rather than just outside engines like Google.
